Nice group house with stunning views over the mountain world

This cosy flat at 1036 m above sea level offers breathtaking views of the mountain world. It consists of two flats, each with its own entrance, which are rented out together. The second floor of the holiday home is all yours and offers hospitality and an atmospheric interior with wooden elements. Relax on the spacious balcony and enjoy the sunshine. The holiday home belongs to an organic farm, managed by the same family for many generations
For winter sports enthusiasts, this is a lovely property to stay in. In just a 10-minute walk, you can reach the ski lift, which takes you to one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas: Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. Here you can make beautiful ski tours from mountain hut to mountain hut, go tobogganing, cross-country skiing or, as a snowboarder, practice various disciplines in the fun parks. You can reach the slopes in 4 minutes by car, and a descent directly to the valley station is also possible on skis, but only if there is enough snow.
In summer, you will find peace and quiet here in the middle of unspoilt nature. Whether you go hiking or mountain biking, you will be amazed by the natural beauty around you

Very, very nice and obliging owners!
We had a very nice holiday, flats are spacious and were clean, super nice location on the mountain. And the hostess is very friendly. Will definitely book again
Neat flats, well and fully equipped. Road up was a bit steep but in the conditions we were there (not really winters to be called) it was well manageable. Both up and down in a few minutes at a lift.
Annemarie and Anton were very welcoming and helpful. Nice location also of the house and less than 1,000 metres from the lifts at the StöcklAlm, where you can also park (saves driving down every day). Bread service was top notch, ent as the fresh milk (all not on Sundays when you arrive!) And don't forget to buy your own toilet paper :-)

Nice secluded location, nice view nice hostess who helped us well. The place is very clean. They have cows and sheep and other animals, which is part of the charm of staying with a farmer. And of course delicious fresh milk and marmalade and a fresh egg at breakfast , there is a sandwich service.

We were a large group of 4 families and had the best time! House was situated in the perfect place and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved the fresh rolls and milk every morning. Beds comfortable, great showers and all the kitchen utensils/facilities to make dinner for 16 people!

A beautifully situated organic farm, with a fantastic view of the Wilder Kaiser! More is not possible! Very nice landlords who fulfilled every wish. We will be very happy to come back!
