In only a few cases (Holiday homes with House code AT-) (Extra explanation AT followed by a minus sign) you will first receive a Corona voucher with which you could book a new holiday. If you don't use the voucher, you can request a refund 6 months after the voucher issue date. You will also receive your payment back.

• We assess the travel situation 2 weeks before arrival. If it turns out that new measures will be taken in the 2 weeks before arrival, we await this official notification. We choose a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very changeable at the moment.
• You will receive your money back from us in case of negative travel advice (code orange / red) for:
- The region in which the holiday home you booked is located
- The country you have to travel through to get to your holiday home
-You live in an area with code orange / red and are therefore not allowed to travel
- The composition of your travel group is not in accordance with the officially stated and current measures of your booked destination.
• If we are going to rebook your holiday to another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid is transferred to the new booking. Possibly. settlements therefore take place immediately.
• If we have had to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back into your account within 1 week. So you can book your holiday with us without any worries.
If the trip can be delivered but you want to cancel yourself, the standard cancellation conditions apply.
Unexpected circumstances can also arise in private, which means that you are forced to cancel your holiday.
This could be related to Corona. Think of a mandatory quarantine or perhaps you or one of your travel companions will get Corona yourself? To build in even more security for yourself, you can take out cancellation insurance. If you want to take out cancellation insurance, do this within 7 days after booking!
