Chalet Susanna

The house is overall very nice and well equipped. However, there are some things that could be better. On the one hand, this is the access road. In winter conditions the driveway was not gritted and was icy at times, making it impassable for cars. It was also difficult as a pedestrian. The house has a room for ski equipment. However, there are no suitable facilities for drying ski clothes.

Good day, Stay away from this house!!! We had to clean the whole house upon arrival. It was so disgusting in some places that I actually felt sick from spiders and cobwebs and dirt. There was even a used condom under a bed! We complained afterwards and are now being told that we could have called the emergency services/caretaker! Surely he would have come straight in and cleaned and repaired everything? Do you think our guests weren't surprised that there were craftsmen and cleaning people in the house?? You wouldn't believe that two showers, a shower door, the lighting inside and outside the house, the dishwasher and much more. would have been repaired immediately??? There's not even an excuse! Also no compensation of €500 that we demanded. That's why this house is unfortunately not recommended…

house and surroundings were good. the house was neat and clean inside, only several devices did not work properly, overdue maintenance. waste was not arranged, had to find out for ourselves how we got rid of our waste. it is almost impossible to get in touch with Belvilla from the holiday address and if you have contact you will be briefly spoken to.

The location is great and so is the layout of the house. Unfortunately the house is pretty run down. The balcony door is stuck, the bathrooms are moldy, the drain in some of the showers doesn't drain, the cupboards are almost falling apart, spiders and dust are everywhere, it seems that under the beds it hasn't been cleaned since the house was built, cigarette butts are everywhere on the terrace.... to name only the most important points. There was no response to our complaint email from the administration. It's a pity, but the house won't see us anymore.

Amazing location and Chalet is very comfortable and cozy. The host was fast and responsive to all calls and emails. We requested late check out and at no charge were granted. The view from the Chalet is the best from all houses around. The price was fair also. Thank you and we would love to come again.

The holiday was very nice with the whole family. The house is in a very nice location, even outside of the season. Unfortunately, we had some shortcomings in the house. Let's start on the top floor: the glass shower wall in the bathroom wasn't fixed and was dangerous. The drains were clogged in the sink, shower and toilet. The closets as well as the rooms were dirty and full of silverfish. Let's now come to the living area: the kitchen was filthy (dishes, cutlery, pots, doors, etc. You couldn't see anything through the windows in front of filthy. The curtains were hanging at half past seven. It was simply filthy. From the previous guests there was garbage on the Terrace Rum Ground floor: silverfish, dirt everywhere, under the beds were things from previous guests Unfortunately we only had contact with the cleaning company Saalbach is a great hiking domicile but no longer in this accommodation.

Basically a nice holiday home with a beautiful location, traces of intensive use, overdue maintenance and worn furniture does not benefit the qualification. No improvement compared to last year. This is a point that plays a role in our decision whether we want to book this house for next time.

Great house for our group. Also in terms of location. The only point I could mention is that the extractor hood hung dangerously loose in the ceiling above the island.

House was not ready at 4 pm and it was still very dirty in many places. We were not really welcomed normally and there was not a single roll of toilet paper present.

Great house with a great location, you notice a number of elements that the house has now been rented out for a number of years. Beds, furniture and, among other things, (kit) edges should receive some attention.

Great accommodation! Simply recommended. Beautiful panoramic view in the living room. Clean and everything was there. Quiet and relaxed environment. Shops quickly accessible.

Hello! We are now for the second time in this cottage as guests. The arrival was ok, unfortunately because of a mistake (on my part) only 5 beds were made, since I only 5 guests registered. The woman was nice enough and sent someone and made the beds for the other 11 people. What I did not like is that I never was asked which beds should be made out of the house even though I had booked / paid for the whole house (even though it would only have been 5 people). Someone else has decided for me in which room I want to live. I do not think that's professional. 2. I paid the bed linen and the tax for the other 11 people cash, but have not received any bill. Why? 3rd The final cleaning was unfortunately weak. The guests sent me photos of dirt under the beds and in the rooms. Nails, hair and more. I will send you the photos in another e-mail. Otherwise, everything was ok. I like the house and will come again, but the price / comfort ratio is much weaker than last year. We paid more for the house (800 euro plus) and the house was not even cleaned well.

Great house in top Lage.Alles very modern and in good condition. Skipist very close, supermarket with car or bus fast erreichen.Bei much snow are for driving snow chains duty! Property management very professional and friendly! Only minus point-no bread service-four-bed room rather suitable for children

Hello! We had a group of 17 people in the house in Jausern (Saalbach) in the last week of August. The house was nice, as expected, the views were great and the owner helped out.

House top, very well maintained and clean. Well equipped and very attractively furnished. About the surroundings Saalbach Hinterglemm you need certainly no further explanations. We spent a group holiday with 13 people for MTB tours. House and surroundings have fully met our expectations. As a self-catering you have to handle in a normal sized kitchen certainly a bit planned, but the large stove is quite sufficient. The equipment with insect screens / doors would certainly be desirable for the summer months. The first lift is located about 300 meters away. This is certainly interesting for the bikers who are more focused on the downhill area. Overall, highly recommended.

The accommodation is great and very high quality equipped. Only the access road is a bit in need of refurbishment.

Last year we were thrilled with the beautiful house with its good facilities. (For example, missing bar stools, missing living room light) Furthermore, we can not even understand the price increase compared to last year on this background.

First impression on arrival very good, house is almost new and looks great. Inside very tastefully decorated, however, lack of cleanliness. Built in 2015, bathrooms (shower) slightly angular on the ground. We were already around 12 in the house. Perfect When arriving key in the safe, no one has come. Shopping possible nearby.

Our arrival was fin but the cleaning staff could not speak/explain so much in English, only in German. The road surface up to the house was very very bad. There need to be a larger fridge and freezer in the house, if 15 to 22 people are going to stay in the house. Need better wifi in some of the bedrooms !!!

Easy arrival, key handover comfortably over key box, occupancy of the apartment was still possible before the agreed time. Overall house is very generously laid out, place without end.In total, Saalbach Hinterglemm is a great holiday region

Explanation and key transfer went excellent. Beautiful modern, well-appointed chalet, all equipment works well. In short, highly recommended as a residence for large group of people.

The chalet is very spacious and nicely decorated. We stayed there with 5 families (10 adults and 7 children) and had more than enough room. Everything is at a high level and quality finish. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, good WiFi connection, enough cutlery / plates / glasses, nice terrace ... Overall a very nice chalet where we had a fantastic week polite hebben.Het only fault there was no possibility to more ski in / ski out. This was partly due to the weather conditions of the past few weeks, but there were also said the sunny side of Saalbach (where the villa is located) always closes early April and the villa since it is no longer accessible on skis. All schools were closed in the area and on 3 April also effectively closed the half of the skiing, which have significantly reduced the skiing. It could well be that this is explained with prospective tenants, as we at least the chalet initially chosen because of the ski in / ski out possibilities.

Everything was consistent, we spent a wonderful week together with 16 family members! Part of our group went to ski all day and the other part explored the environment.

House was not ready at 3PM as stated in the contract. Not ok!

Accommodie is great very spacious and comfertabel location if there is enough snow also superb.

Finding the way to the house was not a problem. However, one case of larger amounts of snow certainly needed snow chains to create the final meters to the house (but in Austria What should anyway be standard equipment). We were very warmly welcomed and could already enter the property well before the scheduled arrival time. The house was very clean, spacious, modern and chic eingrichtet. All in all a great value object and every €. One should the large screen TV in every room, the fireplace and of course the sauna erwähnen.Um separately to reach the slopes there were only 50-100 m walk and in good snow conditions you can drive my opinion right up to the doorstep. Therefore, the situation must be proven with top marks.

Das Haus bietet von der Größe, Zimmeraufteilung und Einrichtung ideale Voraussetzungen für mehrere Familien, allein die Küche ist etwas klein geraten. Da das Chalet erst seit kurzem vermietet wird, ist alles noch in einem hervorragenden Zustand, geschmackvoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Von den Balkonen hat man eine phantastische Aussicht auf das Bergpanorama, ein steiler Schotterweg führt zum Haus hinauf. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig, fußläufig ist ein drei Kilometer langer Spiel- Kletter- und Balancierparcour zu erreichen. Susanna scheint hauptsächlich für die Wintersportler konzipiert zu sein. Neben einem großen Parkplatz gibt es kaum nutzbare Fläche drum herum, die Terrasse ist für die vielen Personen viel zu klein. Der Hang und der enge Rasenstreifen hinter dem Haus sind ungepflegt und verunkrautet. Wegen unserer Kleinkinder haben wir erst einmal Disteln und Brennnesseln entfernt. Der Hang zum Nachbargrundstück ist leider auch nicht fürs Spielen geeignet, da völlig zu gewuchert. Weil das Grundstück auch nicht umzäunt ist, müssen Kleinkinder ständig beaufsichtigt werden. Bei dem sonnigen Wetter haben wir einen Sonnenschirm schmerzlich vermisst, ebenso wie Liegen. Trotzdem haben wir schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht, auch ein wenig in der Hoffnung, dass etwas nachgerüstet wird.

With relationships go skiing for a week. The house is in fantastic location (note snowfall real snow chains to come) Great decor with beautiful terraces. To be repeated.
