This tastefully furnished holiday home is located on the outskirts of Kitzbühel, next to a babbling brook. It is perfect for families. It consists of two separate houses with their own entrance. Garden doors lead you to the southern wooden terrace overlooking the Hahnenkamm and the 'Streif'. Enjoy a barbecue and the beautiful view. The house is easily accessible by public transport and the promenade takes you straight into the centre of Kitzbühel. Leave the car and enjoy Tyrol!

Cosy restaurants, the fashionable shopping street and the train station are all within walking distance. The Hornbahn ski lifts take you to the popular ski area of Kitzbühel
In summer, Kitzbühel turns into a true hiking paradise! Nordic walkers, hikers, mountain bikers and golfers are frequent guests here

Spacious house in a good location

Beautiful, spacious and very tastefully decorated house. Very suitable for 12 people. In the upper part: spacious kitchen, well equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils. Also excellent appliances. (In the lower flat also a good kitchen, but we did not use that).

Our 2nd time staying at Villa Schonfeld and once again it exceeded our expectations. Very spacious (we were a party of 8 adults), all mod cons, great location

Great property, split over two apartments one on the ground floor and one in floor 1 and floor 2. The property had everything we needed, coffee machines, all appliances and really high spec finish. Bathrooms were great and the kitchen was high quality too. Property is 10 mins walk from centre if Kitzbuhel and a 2 min walk from the bus stop. Also close to ski lifts, couldn’t recommend highly enough would definitely return.
