Beautiful ski-in ski-out house in a top location for the real ski lover on the edge of the brixen ski area. Due to the altitude, despite the thaw in the valley, the slopes were top quality. If you go for the apres-ski, I think it's better to go a bit closer to the villages. Westendorf (20 min) or Kirchberg (5 min). The house itself is in need of some maintenance (loose door handles, sticking doors, dining table chairs almost falling apart, and a pool table of mediocre quality with no workable sticks), we passed this on to the owner and hope for the next tenants that they pick this up. Bathroom(s) and kitchen are good.

It was a lovely big house, right on the slopes. We enjoyed the space and the many bedrooms. Only downside was that it was not very clean.

Great house in a beautiful, quiet location. As for the interior, the bathrooms and the bedrooms are nice and good. In the living room, however, the chairs are unfortunately falling apart in places. The booking was pleasant and uncomplicated. There should be enough soap and cleaning products.

Very nice and cosy house with good beds, a nice lounge and great pool room. The kitchen was just big enough for 8 people. Toilets and shower facilities clean and modern, also good enough for a group size like ours. However, with 16 people, for which this house is advertised, we could not imagine holidaying there.

Unfortunately, the farmer was going to spread slurry next to the house for 3 days. No injection method as required in the Netherlands but spraying. Furthermore, a fine house.

Very nice house, spacious and nicely located. We only missed comfortable chairs for outside and cleaning could have been better. Otherwise perfect.

It was a great holiday

Ski in Ski out fantastic. For beginners there is ski out (to Ki West gondola and then ski bus to other lifts) but then a bit of a walk back home or a taxi in front of the door.
